Conecte SUS 72.5.00

The Conecte SUS Cidadão is the official application of the Ministry of Health, where Brazilian citizens can view interactions performed in healthcare points of attention and track their history in the Unified Health System (SUS), such as exams, vaccines, medication dispensing, and location of healthcare facilities.

The population's risk scenario caused by the new Coronavirus pandemic demanded strong responses from the entire healthcare system, especially SUS, to coordinate national actions and orchestrate efforts from states, municipalities, and also from Supplementary Health. In light of this, Conecte SUS, with the implementation of the National Health Data Network (RNDS), has been redirected to receive and share information that aids in controlling the public health emergency situation, with a particular focus on the Covid-19 vaccination process in Brazil.

Features:

• Access results of exams carried out by any laboratory in the national territory integrated with RNDS for Covid-19 detection;
• View your vaccination history in the Digital Vaccination Card;
  *At the moment, Conecte SUS only displays data related to Covid-19 vaccination, specifying the date of application, vaccine name, batch number, healthcare facility, and vaccinator code. Gradually, other vaccines administered by SUS will be made available.
• Issue the National Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate in the palm of your hand.
  After both doses of the vaccine (or the single dose) are registered by states or municipalities in RNDS¹, it is possible to issue a certificate in a PDF format in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. This document is valid throughout the national territory and can be authenticated for free using the ValidaQRCode reader within the application or by entering the document code at https://validacertidao.saude.gov.br/;
  *The certificate specifies the vaccinated person's personal data (name, date of birth, gender, CPF), date and time of issuance, as well as information about the doses administered like the date of application, vaccine name, batch number, and healthcare facility.
• Access the hospitalization history in SUS;
  *Data from April 2018 onwards.
• View medications dispensed by Farmácia Popular;
• Quickly locate the nearest facilities such as Oral Health Services and Rare Diseases;
• Consult nutritional tips and physical activity recommendations and check your Body Mass Index (BMI) in the "Healthy Weight" feature;

¹ The records are the responsibility of state and municipal health managers, who collect and send information to the Ministry of Health's database. They are made by the responsible teams of the vaccination center or the healthcare unit where the dose was administered. The data is entered into specific information systems or integrated with RNDS, in the National Immunization Program Information System (SI-PNI) or Primary Healthcare Attention e-SUS System (s-SUS APS). After the data is submitted and processed, it is automatically inserted into Conecte SUS, which is available on mobile phones or on the web version.
